Honeybush Honeybush Ref: TH02
Honeybush tea is produced from the leaves of the South African native plant Cyclopia intermedia.

It has a pleasant taste, mild and sweet with a light fruit, honey like flavour.

Brewing Advice: One heaped teaspoon per mug, add fresh boiling water (100 deg C). Steep for seven to ten minutes according to taste.

Rooibos tea is made from the dried fermented leaves of the South African shrub Aspalathus linearis. Unlike Camellia sinensis, which prefers the humid tropics, Rooibos will only grow in a small hot arid area of the Cape Province of South Africa. Rooibos is claimed to have similar antioxidant benefits to Camellia tea - and is naturally caffeine free.
