Sencha Fukuju Sencha Fukuju Ref: GJ04
Probably the best known of Japan's many green teas. Sencha typically has flat longish dark green leaves and a light infusion. The taste is brisk and dry. The leaves can be used for several infusions.

This tea is now reduced by 35% as the leaves are very uneven. Discount applied at checkout.

Brewing Advice: One level teaspoon per mug, add hot but not boiling water (75 deg C). Steep for one or two minutes according to taste.
