New from India. A rare single estate premium green tea from the Khongea estate in the Assam region. Produces a honey coloured infusion and a delicate dry almost sweet flavour that retains some of the typical malty flavour of a black Assam.

Brewing Advice: Use one heaped teaspoon per mug. Add hot but not boiling water (75 deg C). Steep for two to three minutes.
