Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order..

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Delta and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or safely over the internet. Our customer phone number is 0845 601 8329. We now also accept Paypal.

If you prefer you can copy out your order details and send us a cheque in British Pounds or UK Postal Order made payable to Nothing But Tea Ltd.
Shipping And Handling Free of charge within the UK by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Please allow 15 days for delivery of your order from the date of despatch. You can now upgrade delivery to First Class post for no more than £2.50 (less if your order weighs under 1.5kg) if you want your order faster.

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order and it is returned to us (Royal Mail will hold your order for two weeks) it can take up to 28 days for the order to come to back to us. We will resend orders once. If this occurs a second time customers will be refunded their order amount less all postal charges incurred.

Next day delivery is £5 including VAT via our DHL Courier Service.

For International orders the shop can only process orders under 2kg in total weight, as Royal Mail Policy. If you require a larger order than this please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Delivery Schedule We process and despatch your order quickly and you will normally receive your order within ten business days, though postal delays are unfortunately beyond our control. For quicker delivery select our, First Class or Next Working Day delivery options.

International orders are generally delivered in under 14 days. Please allow 28 days fro them to arrive. You will receive an e-mail when we despatch to confirm your order and let you know that it is on its way.

Back Orders In the unlikely event that your chosen item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All of our teas are zero rated for VAT. For our non tea products 15% VAT is added on orders made from the UK or European Union, . Orders made outside the EU are free from VAT. Just click the exempt button to reduce the VAT to Zero.
Credit Card Security Shopping using a card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone. For many people however putting card details into a web site is still uncomfortable, as we are not sure what is happening to the information we are submitting or where it is going.

At Nothing But Tea we use Sagepay (Protx) to process our transactions so you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet thus no one can read your card information. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your purchase we never see them.
