| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your purchase. Or you can set up an account on checkout which will store your details for future purchases, allow you to follow the status of your order and allow you to access your order history. You can also checkout without setting up an account. Once you have set up an account you can join the Tea Buffs which give you access to even more teas. Please email Chrissie for further details.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Delta and Switch. Cards are charged at point of order and usually orders are despatched within 48 hours. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or safely over the internet. Our customer phone number is 0800 066 5653. We now also accept Paypal. If you prefer you can copy out your order details and send us a cheque in British Pounds drawn on a UK bank, or a UK Postal Order made payable to Nothing But Tea Ltd. The foreign exchange conversions shown on site are approximate indications only. |
| Shipping And Handling for within the UK is £1 per order, and despatched via Royal Mails 2nd Class service. Please allow 15 days for delivery of your order from the date of despatch.
Should Royal Mail be unable to deliver your order they will hold it for two weeks and then return it to us. It can take up to 28 days for us to be aware of non delivered orders. We will resend orders once. If return occurs a second time customers will be refunded their order amount less all postal charges incurred. Charge for next working day delivery is £5.99 including VAT via our DHL Courier Service for orders placed before 1pm or by Royal Mail next working day delivery. For International orders the shop calculates the shipping cost based on the weight of the packed parcel (which will be more than the weight of the tea), the cost is based on Royal Mails fixed overseas rates. Especially for larger orders we maybe able to obtain a cheaper shipping quote using a different shipping carrier. Email us with your order for a quote. |
| Delivery Schedule We process and despatch your order quickly and you will normally receive your order within ten business days, though postal delays are unfortunately beyond our control. For quicker delivery select our Next Working Day delivery options.
International orders are generally delivered in under 14 days. Please allow 28 days for them to arrive. You will receive an e-mail when we despatch to confirm your order and let you know that it is on its way.

| Back Orders In the unlikely event that your chosen item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges All our teas are zero rated for VAT at the current rate For our non tea products and some tisanes 20% VAT is added to orders made from the UK or European Union. Orders made outside the EU are free from VAT. |
| Credit Card Security Shopping using a card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone. For many people however putting card details into a web site is still a worry, as we are not entirely sure what is happening to the information we are submitting or where it is going. At Nothing But Tea we use Paypal to process our transactions so you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet thus no one can read your card information. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your purchase; we never see them. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Using Paypal guarantees that we will never: – Pass on your financial details – Pass on any personal information gathered when you place an order – Sell or rent your details, you will never receive junk mail as a result of using Paypal –Leave invasive technologies on your machine –Exploit your details in any way

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. For items wrongly received or faulty, we ask that they are returned in an unopened state, for a full refund or exchange with 30 days. Should you change your mind you can cancel your order at any point up to despatch. Once received you have seven days to cancel your order for a full refund on return of the goods intact. If you have any issues with our service or our products please contact chrissie@nbtea.co.uk. Refunds will be issued on return of goods, but may take up to 28 days to be credited back to your account. |
