A Nice Surprise
I recently received a few free samples from NBTea (thanks very much by the way!), and this was one of them. I've tried ordinary rooibos teabags from the supermarket before, and didn't find them particularly interesting - I am not particularly sensitive to caffeine so being caffeine-free was no advantage to me, so I didn't try it again until this sample. Well I still don't think that rooibos compares favourably to ordinary tea, but if you do like rooibos or are attracted to it being caffeine-free then you might want to give this a try, it is definitely much, much better than the supermarket version. The cardamom and lime flavours are quite subtle but go well with the more gentle rooibos flavour - this is not something that will give you oomph when you are flagging but it is nice at the end of the day. Maybe if you would usually drink hot chocolate or whatever before bed then this would be a much healthier alternative.
