Ti Kuan Yin
An oolong from mainland China, with a golden yellow liquor, fragrant and refreshing, fruity in taste. This tea is known as Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong.
Brewing Advice: One heaped teaspoon per mug. Add hot but not boiling water (80ºC). Steep for one and a half to two minutes.
