Welcome to the world of tea.

White Teas

White Teas White teas are the rarest in the world and undergo the least processing of any type of tea. Very small buds and shoot tips are plucked early in the spring at day break and dried to remove all moisture, but slowly to preserve the delicate 'just picked' flavour. Lighter in body than green teas, a white tea has a liquor which is naturally sweet. White teas are rich in antioxidants and in stress relieving theanine.
