Green Rooibos
Like Camellia sinensis tea, Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) can be manufactured in fermented (black) form and unfermented (green) form. Green Rooibos has a fresh light taste and colour but with all the benefits of conventional rooibos. Green Rooibos is also caffeine free.
Brewing Advice: Use one heaped teaspoon per mug. Add fresh, boiling water (100ºC), steep for seven to ten minutes according to taste.
