Ceylon Dimbula OP
This tea is named after the region it is grown in. Dimbula is located in the western highlands and was the first area to be planted with tea after the devastating coffee rust has destroyed the Country's coffee industry. This is a delicate tea with long wiry leaf and a bright liquor with a flowery flavour.
Brewing Advice: one teaspoon per mug. Add fresh, boiling water (100ºC), steep for two to three minutes.
