Jade Butterfly
Imagine the skills and patience required to tie tea leaves into butterfly knots that will unfurl in hot water releasing their delicate flavour. Wonderful pale liquor and fresh slightly nutty taste.
Brewing Advice: 10 butterflies per mug, add hot but not boiling water (75ºC). Steep for three to four minutes. Suitable for multiple infusions.
